Is it a Heart Pain?

Most of the deaths of Cardiac patients occur due to "fear of death" rather than the disease itself.Find out if a chest pain is really a heart pain or just some other chest pain. Here are few Notable points. 1.There MUST be a decrease in your physical efficiency. Everbody feels breathless when you run or do some Physical work. But notable decrease in your physical capability is said to have occurred if you see noticeable breathlessness for works which you were not feeling breathless before. 2.If you feel Breathless when you are sitting or at rest(doing nothing) it is most probably some lung pathology(like pneumonia,Plural effusion etc). But there is a chance of heart involvement also, but very rare. 3.If you feel breathless when you lie down and feel relaxed on sitting up (Orthopnoea) - this is most probably due to Heart involvement. 4.The Pain-If the pain is sharp, poking (with a needle or pin) in nature, it is due to Pleural involvement (not due to cardiac pathology) If the pain is diffuse (usually patient shows his whole fist on his chest to locate the pain) and is Squeezing or throbbing in nature it is a Heart pain (Angina pectoris). 5.The pain is usually associated with sweating,Palpitations (abnormal condition where the person feels his own heart beat-normal if it occurs on physical labour) 6.Ask for any previous history of Heart attacks or any other cardiovascular disease.Usually old people suffer from weak atherosclerosed arteries. They are more prone to Heart failure. Having said that, if you happen to see any person holding his chest with pain it is better to call andambulanceand have a full heart checkup.

FDA is infamous for 'approving' deadly drugs: Pfizer's Covid19 vaccine is one of them.

FDA approved does not mean safe. The FDA in recent years has been approving some deadly medicines that kill people, only to later 'recall' them from the market. By the time the pharmaceutical company (makers of the deadly drug) make huge profits and FDA people get their cut through legalized quid pro quo. Making money out of people's health is nothing new for those sitting in high positions of the 'health industry'. Infact it has reached a sadistic proportions where these people enjoy it. Because now the Big Pharma is involved in eugenics and depopulation agenda.  Still in Clinical Trails but 'Approved'. Forget about the 'rare' drugs or drugs used in rare diseases, a common, over the counter heart burn medicine such as Ranitidine (Rantac/Zantac) was pulled off the market by the FDA because it had a carcinogenic substance called NDMA in it. It has been known to cause heart attacks, liver failure, triggering porphyria attacks and pneumonia . Imagin...

Acne

Acne Vulgaris : Acne vulgaris is a self limiting disorder of teenagers and young adults. But 10-20% of adults may continue to experience this disorder. In adolescence, there is increased secretion of sebum from sebaceous glands. The glands get blocked with the retained sebum and kerotinous debris. Small cysts called Comedons are formed due to blockage of hair follicles. Proprionobacterium acnes is the cyst and caused production of fatty acids within the cysts. Thus causing infection of the cyst and bursting of the cyst wall. The extrusion of oily, keratinous debris triggers a foreign body reaction develops. Comedones : These are of two types- Closed comedones = White heads. Opened comedones = Black heads. The closed comedones are mostly associated with inflammatory lesions like papules , cysts and nodules. These are seen as small white heads with the naked eye or sometimes are not visible to the naked eye. The Open comedones are seen as Black heads. These are more st...
