The Blue Zones- Lands Of Longevity

Blue Zones are those rare, special regions on earth where people live long and live healthy. Most of them go on to live into their late 90s and even 100 and above. Let me first list out these special places on the planet:

  • Ikaria, Greece
  • Loma Linda. California
  • Sardinia, Italy
  • Okinawa, Japan
  • Nicoya, Costa Rica
Some features that are common among the people of these places:
  • They put family first and Elders are celebrated and respected.
  • Spend time with friends.
  • Take midday naps.
  • Are more close to nature.
  • Have good moral values and principles.
  • More plant based diet.
  • Goat Milk.
  • These people are clearly more 'happy' than the rest of the world.
  • Have positive and playful attitude towards life.
  • Are shepherds or are close to animals.
Some features about the regions themselves:
  • Most of them are either mountains or Islands.
  • Lot of sea foods.
  • Lot of fresh vegetables, Olives or Grapes that are not poisoned with chemicals.
The People of Sardinia, Italy are known to have a special M26 marker which is associated with longevity. Apart from the above mentioned facts, some people also say that the waters and rocks surrounding these places emit some kind of special radiations which affect our health positively. Some say that these regions fall in magnetic vortexes of the earth's magnetic field, which supercharges our health.

Here I am compelled to add a few words about the famous Cancer survivor- Stamatis Moraitis, who was a soldier and later on lived as a hard laborer in the US. His home town was Ikaria, Greece. He was diagnosed as having advanced lung cancer and was given 9 months to live. He was poor and thus devastated with this news, he had no money to bear all those costly cancer treatments. He wanted to die at his home town. So he came back to Ikaria and started drinking grape wine with his friends. They used to have regular get-togethers and laugh about their childhood and have fun together while having wine together. He was practically waiting for his death to show up one day. But days, weeks, months and years, even decades passed and he was still alive. Then one day he decided to meet the doctors who had diagnosed him with Cancer and tell them that he was still alive. He made a trip to US to meet his old doctors. To his astonishment, all those doctors were long dead and this Cancer patient was still alive. So, was it the pure grape wine or the place Ikaria itself? Nobody knows.

Recently, I read a very unfortunate news about Okinawa, Japan, one of the Blue Zone areas. US military was pushing to build a huge military base here and the local population was resisting the move. Their Mayor even threatened to go against the Japanese Government on this issue.

Anyway, the thing for us to take away here is- If you have money and time, take your sick family and friends to these Blue zone areas. Lets hope, they will heal faster and live longer. Nothing wrong in trying.

Story of Vitamin B17/Amygdalin/Laetrile/ and Cancer

Amygdalin is a compound found in seeds of all fruits except those of citrus fruits. It is found in high amounts in Apricot kernels and Almonds.  Anti-tumor properties of Amygdalin have been discussed and argued over and over through out the cancer research circles. A quick google search of 'Amygdalin' will tell you that it is a 'quack medicine', that it has no action on cancer cells and that it is dangerously poisonous substance. Laetrile is the name of semi-synthetic (drug- tablet and injection) form of amygdalin available in the market.  Let me present the readers with PubMed articles - published data in prestigious peer reviewed journals, regarding the anti-tumor properties of Amygdalin. Links will be provided with each statement. Amygdalin has anti-tumor tumor properties. It has antitussive and antiasthamatic effects. It has apoptotic effect on Renal Fibroblasts- helpful in chronic kidney disease. It stimulates the immune system and acts as an analg...

FDA approves experimental Genetically Modified Salmon for human consumption without Safety Trials/Studies

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has brazenly betrayed the public's trust by approving the world's first genetically modified (GM) animal in direct defiance of science – a transgenic salmon branded "AquAdvantage" that has never been proven safe for human consumption or the natural environment. The New York Times (NYT) reports that AquAdvantage, a product of AquaBounty Technologies, has received official FDA approval after years of fierce lobbying by its manufacturer in favor of open approval. Despite repeated warnings from detractors that AquAdvantage poses serious threats to aquatic ecosystems and humans, the FDA has determined that this GM fish is completely safe for everything and everyone on the planet.  Many of the claims made about AquAdvantage by its manufacturer have been debunked, including the lie that this "Frankenfish" grows more quickly than natural salmon and is less prone to disease – both of which claims are patently false. ...

Mr. Drosten's strange relationship to freedom of expression

Christian Drosten This is Christian Drosten , who is responsible for the Covid PCR protocol that bypassed the peer review process. There most likely wouldn't have been any pandemic if he hadn't committed scientific fraud. The irony is that he now appears to be advocating for the restriction of scientific freedom in favor of health policy, a notion that's completely unconstitutional. During a discussion at the "World Health Summit" in October, Drosten emphasized the rise in misinformation online, especially during the COVID-19 'pandemic', and urged media and fellow scientists to correct false information. He suggested that scientific institutions should select and spotlight individuals who are 'true experts' in their fields to combat misinformation. The concern arises as to who gets to decide who these "true experts" are. Is Drosten volunteering himself for this role? His past statements might suggest so. Drosten, in a previous interview...
